Biography of Sue Cowan
Sue Cowan is Scottish; she moved to Geneva two years ago, where she lives with her husband and two teenage children. She studied Psychology (University of St.Andrews, UK) and continued by pursuing professional psychology training (MSc, Queens University Belfast), beginning her UK career as a Clinical Psychologist in the mental health field back in 1981. Since then, Sue has continued “helping people change” throughout her professional life.
Following a career break after a move to Germany with her family, a year in Brussels introduced her to life coaching and “positive psychology” and she began her independent coaching practice. Last year she completed the advanced training programme with the Coaches Training Institute, gaining her CPCC qualification (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner (neuro-linguistic programming).
Sue loves working one-to-one with individuals on issues of fulfilment and work-life balance so that when their time comes, at the end of their days, her clients feel they have lived life to the full….. and can say with conviction “ I have no regrets”.
